HISTORY

JoAnn Blaylock, a property management professional with over 20 years of experience, leads Grand Campus Living. Together with her experienced associates, JoAnn has an unparalleled track record built on high expectations and customer satisfaction.

Our leadership team has been working in student living property management for more than two decades and offers extensive knowledge in portfolio management, strategic positioning of lease-up assets, and associate training and development that make Grand Campus Living the choice of owners across the nation.

LEADERSHIP

Jo Ann Blaylock is Sr. Vice President of Lincoln Property Company’s management division and Grand Campus Living. Jo Ann has been working in multifamily development and property management since 1987 and has served a wide variety of roles throughout her career including creating an in-house professional development program geared to attracting and retaining top talent to her firm as it grew to one of the largest in the country. With an extensive background in portfolio management, strategic positioning of lease-up assets, and employee training and development, Jo Ann is focused on establishing Lincoln Property Company services as a unique and creative management solution to investors and owners across the nation. Grand Campus Living currently manages 3,500 beds in 5 states. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Jo Ann spent 21 years with JPI. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, recognized in 2008 as one of the top 50 Influential Women in Real Estate, and is a board member of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.

Stacey is Vice President of Grand Campus Living Management, a Lincoln Property Company, and is responsible for the student living portfolio on a national basis. Her direct focus is on mentoring and providing support to the management team and ensuring communities operate with a competitive advantage while maintaining Lincoln Property Company values, policies and procedures. Stacey drives property performance, monitors market conditions, and develops specific strategies to ensure her client's goals and objectives are achieved. She also provides management expertise for future project underwriting and has a strong background in predevelopment consulting. In addition, Stacey is dedicated to leading the new business development efforts with a concentration on cultivating and preserving third party relationships. Stacey is an active participant in industry events and served as NAA Student Housing Co-Chair from 2011-2012.
